As Investor Relations Builder, you help identify relevant investor profiles, support outreach preparation, manage follow-ups and build professional relationships around selected capital raising and corporate finance mandates.

Research and structure relevant investor groups based on sector, ticket size, capital profile, geography and mandate fit.

Support investor outreach

Prepare and execute structured outreach workflows together with the advisory and corporate finance team.

Track communication, investor feedback, next steps and follow-up timing to keep the process organized.

Build long-term relationships

Help build a professional investor network that can support current and future Bhatia Capital mandates.
