Role Overview

Help companies structure their capital story before they enter the market.

As Corporate Finance Consultant, you support client mandates around capital raising, transaction preparation, investor-facing materials and strategic positioning.

Capital strategy

Support clients in clarifying funding needs, use of funds, transaction logic and the strategic rationale behind the raise.

Investor readiness

Prepare companies for investor conversations through structured narratives, documentation and financial logic.

Execution support

Support transaction workflows, follow-ups, information preparation and coordination during investor-facing processes.

What You Will Do

Work across strategy, materials and client-facing execution.

This role requires structured thinking, strong communication and the ability to translate complex company situations into clear investor-facing logic.

Develop capital stories

Help clients define their investment narrative, business model logic, market positioning and capital need.

Prepare investor materials

Support pitch decks, company profiles, teasers, memos and supporting transaction documents.

Support client mandates

Coordinate workstreams, prepare information, manage documentation and support client communication.

Structure investor readiness

Identify gaps in materials, positioning, financial logic and process preparation before outreach begins.

Regulatory note

For non-internship roles within Bhatia Capital, a §34f qualification may be required depending on the final role scope. Candidates should either already hold the qualification or be willing to obtain it if required for the role.
